after 25 years we get divorced, but never separed, we sill live like husband and wife. he is traveling to another country for work. and has been there for 2 years coming only 2 months every 6 , and leave me full power of attorney, now he want me to quit deed the condo, that is full paid to my name.can i do that?

If the condo is in your name, you are the owner of it. You can definitely transfer the title to the condo to your husband, even if you do not have the POA. Being the owner of the property, it's completely at your own discretion who you transfer the property to. But once you transfer it to your husband, you cannot get it back unless he signs it over to you.

If the condo is fully paid and is in your name, it would depend upon your discretion whether you would transfer your property to him or not. If you want to transfer your property, then you can sign a quitclaim deed in his name.

you can transfer property to him using quit claim deed
