I did not quit claim my wife from my house when we got devorced. I though that Divrce Court process will take care of it and remove her name from my house title. Later I found her name still in my house title.
Since we both own two houses the Divorce Court seperated equaly. I got my house that I live in and she got here's. How can I remove her name from my house title without her knowledge.
.
I realy appriciate your advice and help.

Hi Nick,
You will have to ask your ex-wife to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer her share of the property to you. This will make you the sole owner of the property.
Thanks,
Jerry

Nick, you cannot remove your former wife's name without her knowledge. Did you have legal representation when you went through the divorce action? That lawyer (or hers) ought to have taken care of the paperwork for you as part of the process, in my opinion.
If you had a lawyer you worked with, contact that person and seek assistance. By the same token, you'll need to be in contact with your former wife so as to ensure that all is handled appropriately on her end.
You could always go back to the court for assistance in getting this accomplished, but I'm sure you'd be paying some sort of court fees in order for the case to be reviewed.
