My father had a quick claim deed with someone and that person passed away but his wife is still alive. But now my father has passed away so who owns they property really?
Did anyone have a Will, or Living Trust? If not, the Probate system will decide who will ultimately have Title. All blood lines will receive the opportunity to contest it. It can get messy and take a long time before it's finished. You need to review the situation wtih an Estate Planning Attorney.
