Quit claim deed

I do not want to transfer property completely. I am wanting to find out how to add another person to my home (deed)
Hi Anson

You can use a quitclaim deed to add another person to the property deed. While you fill out the form, you can write your name as the grantor to the property and both your name as well as the other person's name as the grantee to the property.

Thanks.

Hi

This is right. You don't have to transfer your interest in the property completely. All you need is quitclaim deed or a grant deed where you will sign as the grantor transferring your property-interest to both you and the one you want to add to the title as the grantees.
