My grandmother gave me a piece of property that included a home on the property. She told me that there was not debt on the property/house. Later I find out that the house had been condemned and she owed taxes for 2008 and 2009. I later found out that the city had torn the house down leaving me with demolitian fees. I contacted the city ordinance dept and found out that she signed for three certified letters and this property had actually gone to court. I am left dealing with a mess that I did not know existed. Can I reverse this deed back to her.

Welcome misled,
You can sign a quit claim deed and return the property to your grandmother. She needs to record the deed at the county recorder's office and validate the deed.
