I co-signed with my daughter to help her get started with her condo. She has been making payments. How do I get my name off this?
welcome to the forum,
is your name listed on the title? thats very important in this case. if it isn't then she just needs to check with a lender to see if she qualifies to refinance the loan in just her name. if your name is on the title you are going to have to transfer the title to only her name first, pending the qualification part i mentioned above. no need to go through all of the trouble if she's unable to refi by herself.
best of luck.

Welcome mikenn.
Scott has given you sound advice. To get your name out of the mortgage your daughter will have to refinance the mortgage on her name. So can she be able to refinance the mortgage on her name only now? By the way, are you also on the deed of the property with your daughter?
Good luck.

i agree...if your daughter is financially able to qualify for the mortgage on her own, she ought to be able to refinance without you.
