My Dad is wanting to add my mom back on the deed to their house. What do they need to do? what forms do they need? They live in Los Angeles county, CA.

Easiest way is to go to a local title company and have them prepare the deed, then you would have it notarized and recorded at the county. You can also go to LA county recorders office and compelte there.
I appreciate the info but I called like ten title and escrow companies and they all said they don't handle it I need to go to a lawyer or the county clerk's office. so I need to know what forms they need to fill out if we go to the clerk's office. I want to make sure we don't cause undo Issues with taxes or anything else.
