get ex-boyfriend off deed only

I added boyfriend to my deed we broke up I went to the real est office and they said he had to sign even though I volunteered and put his name on deed only we broke up and he comes over everday, taking my personal things , tv. etc taking stuff out of yard took fence right off hinges to make me mad what do I do now? stuck in nc
