MOM SIGNED OVER TO SISTER WITHIN WEEKS OF DEMISE. COULD NOT HAVE CONVERSATION WITH MOM DUE TO INABILITY FOR MOM TO DO SO. SIS SAID IT WAS WHAT SHE WANTED. REMOVED PROP. FROM ESTATE THAT HAS 5 BOYS AND SIS. CAN THIS BE REVERSED? TIME FRAME REQUIREMENTS?
Hi RDJFRANKLIN!
Yes, a quitclaim deed can be reversed, provided the grantee agrees to reverse it in your favor. If not, then you can challenge him/her in the court and try to reverse it. There is no time-frame for this.
Thanks.

Hi RDJFRANKLIN!
There is no time-frame required to file a quitclaim deed. You can also reverse the quitclaim deed provided if everybody on the deed agrees to. If they do not, then you will have to challenge the deed in the court.
Thanks.
