can quit claim deed be reversed if grantee is deceased
Hello eg0831,
It's my understanding that usually you can't "reverse" a quit claim deed. But the title to property can be changed through probate or without probate if the deed has joint tenants. Usually if the property is owned only by the deceased person or by tenants in common the property becomes part of his or her estate and will have to be sold or distributed through probate.
I hope this may help you. Let us know if you still have questions.
Good luck. :D
