My mother quick deeded the property to me so it would be in my name and my sister. My brother s name isnt on it so he convinced i tricked my mom. she says she didnt kno what she was signing. do I have to give it back

It seems indeed your brother has been able to convince your mom that you have tricked her. I hope your mother is in sound health. Therfore, even if she says so, i don't think you need to give it back. Have they thought of taking any legal action? If no, then talk to your mom and make her understand what your brother is up to.

I think all of you should get the share of the property. I understand you haven't tricked your brother. It you can't claim that it was a mistake your brother should also get his share of property, right.
So can re-frame the quitclaim deed or use another quitclaim deed to add your brother in the deed.
