can a quick claim deed be reversed if there is elderly abuse involved? If so, what is the process?
Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
Once a quitclaim deed is made, it is very difficult to reverse or undo the deed.
But if there is an elderly abuse involved in the process and if it can be legally proved that the deed was falsely signed over by abusing the elder, then there are chances that the deed can be cancelled.

As Rosetta said, you will have to prove that the person was abused & forced to sign on the deed. If it can be proved in court then it is possible that the ownership transfer will be cancelled by legal authorities.
You need to contact an attorney and explain all the points. He will let you know if it would be appropriate to file a lawsuit based on the evidence you have of the abuse.
