Hi allison!
Welcome to forums!
Unless your brother signs a quit claim deed and transfers the property to you, you won't be able to get back the title of the property in your name though you're paying the mortgage and the taxes. You'll have to negotiate with your brother and convince him to sign the quit claim deed.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi,
If the quitclaim deed once done, you can only reverse if your brother (grantee) is agree to quitclaim property back to you. You have to negotiate with your brother for this.
If he is not agree to quitclaim property back to you then you will sue him in court by help of your attorney.
Thanks & Regards.

Thank you for your responses. Would it be possible to bring this to court if he does not agree to sign the quit claim deed. And what would be my options for legal arguments.
Consult with your attorney.
