quit claim deed

I KNOW SOMEONE WHO'S SIGNATURE WAS FORGED ON A QUITCLAIM DEED AND WAS LEGALLY RECORDED. IS THERE A WAY TO GET THIS PROPERTY BACK IN THE NAME OF THE TRUE OWNER?
Hi Dee,

Welcome to the forums.

The only way I feel is to prove that the signature was forged and then take some legal action against the person who has done it. The person who has taken over the property by way of forged signature on deed will probably not agree to reverse it. So the only way is to take legal action and make him reverse the deed.

Consult a lawyer on how to proceed further.

Call an attorney, then file a police report.
