can this be reverse or is the quit claim deed legel and binding

can i do aquit clam deed if the grantor is decesaed i am retired now i was in the military when i sign a quit claim deed not knowin what really takes place. when it's your mother and you are the one that is providing for her and unconditional love is and have always been estabished our home was purchased in 1975 the quit claim deed was sing in 1982 the deed was signed because i was not able to be there to handle business due to my military committment. the signing of paper and what every required the both of our signature. when the house burned while away whatever needed to be done both signature was require at least that's the way it was explained to me so i was force o sign because i could not return to handle business, i was told that it would not be a problem because it was my mother and both names was on the warrenty deed. if anything happen the house is still yours. i took care of my responsibilitie finalically throug payment in military allotment. and i now still paysthe insurance and for taxes. the problem now is my family have taken advantage of this since my mother pasted away in nov 2009. have destoryed so much and i can not get him out how can i reverse the quit claim or was it ever legal or bindind because it was not signed with a notory just myself and commander witness. i also states that i sold it for one dollar. never that this would have happen, after my mother's death that came so unexpectedly she never would have thought that the other would do what is happrinig to me. i am the one that is responsible for everyting and others live free does this property still belong to me please help asap
You need to contact an attorney in this regard. Once a property deed is signed, it's quite difficult to reverse it. If your name is not on the property deed, then you do not own the property any more.
