My mother (94) bought my daughter a house (my daughter's money), because her credit was stained. Because of my mother's age, my daughter wants to "save" the house for possible inheritance problems with the rest of the family, so she is doing a Quick Claim Deed, which my mother signed. Now, my mother wants to reverse it for personal reasons, can that be done?
if she takes it to court and claims that she was insane or didn't know what she was doing...she may be able to because of her age but...the court doesn't really care unless she can have a doctor to back her up...when you make a mistake and you are a co-signer or gave up you house title...you are on your own
It depends how smart she is and what she does
