if new wife of 4 yrs has quit claim deed on property owned by father and deceased mother, do the children have any rights to the property??
Hi Sawyer,

Welcome to the forum.

Is it that your father-in-law has quitclaimed the property to your wife? If so then your wife is now the sole owner of the property. If the children are also added into the deed then they will also get the ownership. Otherwise they will not have rights on the property.

Feel free to ask if to you have any further questions.

Best of luck,
Larry
