quick deed question

Posted on: 06th Jan, 2010 09:36 am
My mother signed a quick deed 2 years ago that added my name to a house she owns morgage paid in full. We are now "Joint tenants" This was to be a gift to me when she dies therefor there is a 'right to survivorship" was also signed. She is now haveing a change of heart and wasnts to sell the house for the profit. Do I have any power to say "no" to the sale? If the house is sold to I have any right to the "profits?"
yes, you are an owner so you have rights. rights to decisions and rights to profits, also.
