I own a time share and am thinking of selling it, but only at the right price.
Hi fatcat!
Welcome to forums!
As you are selling the property and there will be money exchange, you should better opt for a warranty deed. Quitclaim deeds are mainly used in case of gift transfers.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hi fatcat,
Welcome to forums.
It will be better if you can opt for a warranty deed or a grant deed. Quitclaim is generally done in case of gift transfers.
Thanks.
