Posted on: 09th Dec, 2010 06:53 am
i am in the middle of selling a time share to a broker they are requesting either a quick claim deed or a letter of intent or a tiltle transfer form. I am a lamen when it comes to all of this.My question is does any or all of these dicuments have to be prepared by an attorney or can I do it.
Hi mbroche!

Welcome to forums!

It is always better to take the help of a real estate attorney in order to draft the quitclaim deed. He will guide you in a better way in this regard.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
