Both lots on one QC Deed

Posted on: 10th Sep, 2010 08:04 pm
I bought 2 lots from the same seller..instead of making a quickclaim deed for each of them (like i bought them) for some reason he put both lots on one QC Deed. Now, i would like to sell One of them..How do I make a quitclam deed for each property(Like i bought them) and keep them in my Name..since i am the Owner? thanks
Hi markzinwv,

You should contact a real estate attorney and he will guide you in drafting two separate deeds for the two lots. Then you can sell off the properties to someone else.

Thanks
