my husband owned the house we live in before we were married. we would like to share ownership of the house, in case something happened to him. should we do a quit claim deed? we live in arizona.
Keeping in mind that laws differ by locale what you probably will want is a grant deed.
Looks like a grant deed will be ok but you don't have a mortgage or lien on your home, do you?
