my brother inlaw is not in his right mind and signd a qick claim deed to a guy who was helping him out he has done 11 other people like this he says on the quick claim deed he pays 10.00 for property is there anyway to help him he is an elderly man
I am not sure if I understand. The property was deeded over to another person, who your brother in law did not want to have ownership in the property? If so, then you should file with the proper authorities. Contact your local dept. of real estate asap and explain the issue at hand.

Welcome KKH,

If you think that there is some kind of fraud involved in this, then you can contact a real estate attorney and take his help in reversing the deed.
