Quit Claim Deed

I had 10 other siblings. Our parents are dead. Some of the siblings have died. None of the siblings want the property and the agreement was if someone would purchase a headstone for our parents, they could have the property. I purchased the headstone and have paid the taxes for nine years. I have notarized statements from all siblings or their heirs releasing their interest in the property. Do I need a copy of this form signed by each sibling or heir?
Hi Jean!

Welcome to forums!

If your siblings had their names on the property deed, then you will have to request them to sign a quitclaim deed in your favor. Once they do so, you'll have to record it at the county recorder's office. This will help you make the transfer of the property legal.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
