I'm on the title of a home along with my parents. I want to file a quit claim to remove my name from the title. Who exactly are the grantors, all three of us? and the grantees the two of them?
Do all three of us need to sign the quit claim form. Please help. Thanks !

Hi jpjunk!
Welcome to forums!
You can mention all the three names as grantors in the quit claim deed whereas only your parents name would be mentioned as grantees in the deed. When you fill in the deed, all three of you need to sign it.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Sussane,
Thanks for your response. That's exactly what I thought, but I was not one hundred percent sure. Now, I can fill out a generic form myself, right? Does the title company need to be involved?
I just send the form directly to the county's recorder, yes? Is there anything else needed to be done?

Welcome back jpjunk,
You can fill out the property deed yourself. However, you can even contact a real estate attorney and take his help in filling out the deed. He may also help you in drafting the deed. However, sample quit claim deed forms are available online. You can get hold of these forms to transfer the property.
Once you fill out the deed, you will have to notarize it and record the deed at the county recorder's office.
