WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT OPTIONS i HAVE IF WE SIGN THIS QUICKDEED FOR MY EX? wILL I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE HOUSE IF SHE DOES NOT SELL THE HOUSE LIKE SHE SAYS SHE IS GOING TO??

If you transfer the property to your ex, then she would become the sole owner of the property. If your name is on the mortgage, then you would be liable for the mortgage dues though you sign the quit claim deed. Unless she sells the property, you would be liable for the dues.
