i have been married for 7 months, my husband bought a home while we were dating, however my husband refinanced the home this month and said because of my debt i could not be on the mortage, and also had me sign a quick claim deed. my daughter of 22years lives with us. my husband also has 4 childern under the age of 18, can his ex-wife have me or my daughter thrown out of here. she never owner this property.
Why would the X be able to throw you out of the home you live in? The only parties to evict another person is the sheriff under an Unlawful Detainer Action. Your husband owns the home, and you are also in possession of the property. No on could throw you and your daughter out.

Absolutely correct; you ought have no fear of your husband's former wife "throwing" you out of the home.
