quit claim transfer

My dad is very ill, and in a nursing home under hospice care. He doesn,t have much time left. Anyway my oldest sister somehow took him from the nursing home, had him to do a quit claim on his house, which she is the grantee. My dad had told most of us that he didn,t want her to have his house, car, or power of attorney. She knew he is suffering from dementia, Parkinsons, and congestive heart failure. We all know she clearly took advantage of him. Before he got really bad he asked me to move into his house, because he didn,t want her or anyone else in it but me, and my son. He also, told her that. my question is. Is their anything that can be done, since my dad was not mentally, or physically well. and she didn,t take any other family member with her at the time it was done. she is also, planning on throwing me out once dad passes.
Welcome Guest,

If your sister has taken advantage of your father's medical condition and forced him to sign the deed, then she has done something very illegal. You can take legal actions against her for doing so.

Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

Given your situation, it will be better if you could get in touch with a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this regard. He will let you know what steps you can take or whether or not you will be able to reverse the deed in your name.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
