Hi lleoardo
Welcome to mortgagefit,
In order to file a quitclaim deed you first need to acquire a printed copy of quitclaim form in order to fill all the details. This form can be downloaded from the internet or it is available in most of the bookstores.
Next step is to visit the county officer's office dealing with property. You must get in touch with the county office where the property is located and not to the county office where you live.
Just ask them what are the required documents for the transfer of ownership, once you get all the documents, all the members mentioned in the deed as grantee & grantor need to be present in front of Notary to get those documents notarized and then finally you need to submit documents and form along with stipulated fees to the county office.
If you are having any question, then feel free to ask it.
