Hi SummerlinChristi !
Welcome to Forums!
She may ask you to reverse quitclaim the property to her which is a legal way of reversing the quitclaim deed. If you do not agree to do this, she may take you to the court and try to prove that you forced her to quitclaim the property to you.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hi SummerlinChristi !
You mother can claim it back but whether you will give it or not is your discretion. If you are willing to give it back to her, then you can file a reverse quitclaim in her name.
Thanks,
Jerry
