me and my mother bought a house 11 years ago. we originally put the deed in her name. i have always paid the mortgage taxes and ins. when we refinanced she quit claimed me as joint tendant with survivor rights. can she take me off the quit deed now without my consent. can i lose the house even though im the one that pays the mortgage, taxes, ins and equity line?
Hi ripper,

If your name is on the property deed, then no one will be able to force you to leave the property. Unless you transfer the property, no one else can remove you from the property deed.

Thanks
