Can I get a Quit Claim overturned. Like taking someones name out of a Will.

At one time, I don't remember when. But I must have Quit claim to my sister. Now, I want to take her name out. Can I do that? and how? While she lived there, she didn't pay rent which was our agreement. She never paid taxes. When the balloon payment was due $38,000.00. I paid it because she wouldn't. The house is a double wide trailer, and is not even worth $ 49,000.00,. My brother is now homeless, and I would love to give it to him. My sister lives comfortable in one of those senior citizen affortable apartment. I would hate to see her in the street, so I don't report her to the houseing commity. She wants $4000.00 which I refuse to give her because she never paid taxes, or rent. Why I paid it? I didn't want to ruin my credit. So angrerly I paid. She didn"t pay because It was in my name not hers. Nice sister? I stopped talking to her, and will never talk to her again.
