can a quit deed be taken from a grantee to pay granter bills?

if after a year or two the granter becomes ill and is admitted into a nursing home can the property given in a quit deed be taken from the grantee to pay expenses for the nursing home and or medical.?
Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

The grantee is the owner of the property. The nursing home may not be able to take that property back from the grantee in order to recover the expenses incurred by the grantor due to his/her stay in the nursing home.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
