i quit claimed myself as joint tenants with right of survivorship on my mothers property i would like to take myself off her property. what do i do?
you need to sign a quit claim deed back in her favour

You will have to sign a quitclaim deed in your mother's favor in order to remove your name from the property deed. To know about quitclaim deed, check out the following page:
