I am trying to findout about doing a quick claim deed for our timeshare on Maui. I've been on the Hawaii.Maui.gove site and find no reference. Have any of you had experience with this?
Thanks,
Pettersr

Hi pettersr,
Do you want to quitclaim the timeshare property to someone? If yes, then you need to sign the quitclaim deed first in the grantee's name and then notarize and record the deed at the county recorder's office. Once you record it at the recorder's office, the deed will be updated in the website.
Thanks
