As I mentioned previously, I do not have an ongoing dialogue with my timeshare company. I have left numerous voice mail messages and sent numerous letters as well. No response from them. Where can I get information on the quit claim process? How long does the quit claim process take? Does the timeshare have to honor my quit claim? Do you know if I would be responsible for future yearly maintenance fees once the quit claim is filed? I'm really at my wits end over this. Thanking you in advance for your assistance.
Welcome jsheridan,
You can contact an attorney and he will help you in knowing the details about the quit claim deed. Once you quit claim the property, you won't be responsible for the maintenance fee.
