Could I use a quick claim deed to give a timeshare back to the place that I bought it from.
Hi Clark,
A quitclaim deed can surely be used to transfer a timeshare property. You need to sign the quitclaim form as the grantor transferring your ownership back to those you bought it from. Then you need to get the deed notarized and recorded with county clerks office to make it valid.
Thanks,
Jerry
