hello can a quit claim deed be used to turn in a time share that is completely paid off and all maintenance fees current. state of virginia.

As far as I know, a quitclaim deed can used to transfer a timeshare from one person to another. Sample quitclaim deed forms are available online but it is better to take the help of an attorney to draft the deed. Once the deed is filled out, you will have to notarize it and record it at the county recorder's office.
