I am trying to get my exhusbands name off a Timeshare deed and in my name only. Can a quitclaim be done with a timeshare?

Yes, a quitclaim deed can be used to transfer the timeshare in your name. Your ex-husband needs to sign a quitclaim deed transferring the property in your name.
