I received a timeshare in Pennsylvania as a gift from my grandparents several years ago. I've kept up with the fees and used it a few times. I can no longer use it and have been unable to sell or rent it.
Can I use a quitclaim deed to return the timeshare to the company? Can they refuse it?

Welcome thistle,
You can use a quitclaim deed in order to transfer the property to the timeshare company. It will be the discretion of the timeshare company whether or not they will accept it.
