does everyone needs to sign? need a quit claim deed to add an individual to title as joint tenancy
The owner needs to sing the deed to add.

Hi Elle,

welcome to our forums.

Depending upon the state where the property is located, the grantee or the one being added to the title may or may not have to sign. But the grantor or the one adding someone to the title and transferring a share of his interest to the joint tenant will have to sign on the deed.

As for a sample quitclaim deed, you may take a look at the state-wise quitclaim sample forms available here. You may choose the one that's approved by your state, but do get it reviewed by an attorney so that you're confirmed that it meets your requirement.
