how can i put a property under my name ? i bought it from the widow her name is not on the title (they were married) she is my relative and will give me a quit claim deed once we are done getting title is there more than one way to go about getting title. quiet title claim? does anyone know? please help.

If the widow's name is not on the property deed, then she will not be able to transfer the property in your name. You'll have to contact the person whose name is on the property deed and get the property transferred in your name.
