I might be pursuing a judgment for default of payment of my student loans and would like to know if I show no ownership of property by getting my name off the real estate/property deeds, would that help?
Hi ta,
If you can show that you don't have ownership rights on any property, then the lender will not be able to place any liens on the properties.
Thanks
