There is a place on the quitclaim deed: "TRA: ________". What does that stand for and what do I put there? I am doing a transfer from me to my trust.
Hi jeffbush,
I think TRA stands for Tax Rate Area - a geographic area within the jurisdiction of the same combination of local agencies for the current fiscal year. I think you should consult an attorney. He will be able to help you in a better way in filling out the form. The attorney will help you in understanding the legal terms and conditions of the form also.
Thanks
