How do I get TRA and APN if needed
APN means the assessor's parcel number.
You can get this off of a tax bill, a title report, a property profile, a MLS listing if the property is for sale, or probably the easiest is just calling up the county assessor's office where the home is located and provide them with the physical property address so they can look up the APN for you.
Not sure what TRA stands for.
