i purchased my home in 1993 as an unmarried woman. i married in 2004 and when i refinanced the house in 2009 the bank made me sign a quit claim deed adding my husband to the title, even though he is not on the loan. now we are getting divorced. which form do i need to get him off the title, a quit claim or an interspousal transfer grant deed?
