my name is rev. reed i have been blessed with some land for this ministry. can i use a quitclaim deed form just to change over the land to the ministry? thank you.

Yes, you can definitely use a quitclaim deed to transfer the land. However, once the quitclaim deed is filled out and property is transferred to you, you need to notarize it and record it at the county recorder's office.

I also think a quitclaim deed should serve your purpose. But you need to get a deed drafted by an attorney as the verbiage on the deed would be different from that on the deed available online.
