Quick claim deed

My mother is elderly and wants to put her propety in her daughters names. She currently does not have a will and to protect the property she would like to transfer the family home to her daughters. Would this require a qucik claim dead? What type of legal paperwork needs to happen? Does a lawyer have to be involved? There is no assisted living or nursing home planned in the future. Daughter cares for her at her home. The house has no loans or past due taxes. Looking for the best route to take that would involve little money, sincer we are not welthy people.
Hi Maggie,

Your mother can use a warranty deed to transfer the property to her daughter. It would be better if you could involve a real estate attorney in this process as he will help you in drafting the warranty deed.

Thanks
