my mother transfered her property to me and my brother in 2005
then two yrs later she quit claimed 25 ' x 60' lot off the back of the property so my other brother could sell the adjoining property to a bank
we was unaware of this transaction until it was to late. is this legal for
her to do with out our signature

If the property was already transferred to you, then you are the owner of the property. Your mother will not be able to transfer any portion of that property to someone else without your permission or signatures. It'll not be considered as legal on her part to do so.
