My grandmother died in 2003 leaving her property to no one. She was a widow and only had one daughter who proceeded her in death. There were four grandchilden. One who was killed in a car accident. The youngest grandchild (age 47 still lives in the home) wants to have some repairs done to the house. The other three grandchildren are in agreement to deed the house to her in oder to get a loan to have the repairs done. I understand that my sister who was killed her children have an interest in the house also, since there mother was killed. She has three children, ranging from 30 years of age to 16 years of age. What is your advise on how to approach this matter. If quick claim deeds are needed, can you email me a copy?

you are right they will also be having ownership right on the property.
first you need to submit death certificate along with affidevit of heirship. all other can sign on affidevit that they want to transfer ownership right to youngest sister.
